The primary purpose of the Cherry Hill Manor Maintenance Association is to manage the neighborhood’s common areas, including all rights-of-way, parking areas and open spaces. Every listed property owner in Cherry Hill Manor is a member of the Association, which is managed by an elected Board of Directors and funded by an annual maintenance assessment on each property

COMMITTEES
In addition to the board, the Association has a Maintenance Committee, which tackles neighborhood cleanup, landscaping and beautification projects; and an Audit Committee, which reviews the Association's finances. Volunteers are always welcome! Email board@cherryhillmanor.org for more information.
BYLAWS
Read or download the Bylaws of the Cherry Hill Manor Maintenance Association in PDF form.
The annual maintenance assessment for 2024 is $160.00 per property. You can pay online via PaPal or card by using our online payment page.
The Association meets annually to collect dues, elect Board members and discuss neighborhood maintenance issues. Up to three board members are elected at every meeting to serve a three-year term. You don't have to be an Association member to serve on the Board, so family members and renters are eligible to be elected.
WHO CAN VOTE
Every person who is a record owner of a lot in Cherry Hill Manor is a member of the Association. Members who are up-to-date on the maintenance assessment payments are eligible to cast their property's vote at meetings and in board elections.
PROXY VOTING
If an Association member can't attend the meeting, they can designate another person to cast a proxy vote for the property. Proxies must be registered with the secretary before the meeting. Click here to print or download a PDF of the proxy voting form.
