In order to improve our ability to handle small maintenance jobs, the Cherry Hill Manor Maintenance Association is raising money to build a maintenance shed on Association property.

Our goal is to use the shed to store tools and other supplies for our Maintenance Committee, including hedge trimmers to control growth on our on chain-link fences, salt and snow shovels to clear sidewalks bordering the common areas; and pruning tools to remove small branches from trees and shrubs.

Our goal is $5,000. We already have our first $1,000 allocated from a donation received in 2020. Our goal is to raise enough money by the end of the year to install the shed in 2022.
